Each scientific oral presentation session of the Congress has:
- Introductory lectures
- Presentation of original papers

- Presentation of original papers
ORAL PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS
A PC Room will be available for speakers every day throughout the Congress, PC Room will be at your disposal for checking your slides as well.
Please note that the Congress computers in the session halls are being supplied with Windows and Office 2003 (at least).
If combining video films with PowerPoint, please make sure to check it in the session hall where your lecture is taking place during a break prior to your session, at least 1 hour before the start of the session - in addition to checking it in the PC Room.
Important Note: it is not possible to use your own computer or Macintosh laptop.
THE POWERPOINT SLIDES USED FOR ORAL PRESENTATION MUST BE WRITTEN IN SERBIAN OR ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
Each plenary presentation lasts 30 minutes.
Each introductory lecture lasts 15 minutes
Each oral presentation lasts 7 minutes, with 3 additional minutes for discussion.
POSTER PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS
The Poster Exhibition will take place daily in POSTER ROOM (all the posters submitted and accepted will be divided into groups – according to the Topics of reference – and displayed on Friday the 19th of May and Saturday the 20th of May).
ALL POSTERS MUST BE WRITTEN IN SERBIAN OR ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
The norm size of posters is 70 cm wide and 100 cm high or 90 cm (wide) and 120 cm (high).
Organizing Comittee is not responsible for posters left. |
